Buttons are directly pressed on TrioClear aligners that work with elastics and auxiliaries, therefore there is no risk of debonding compared to placing buttons directly on the teeth. This reduces unnecessary emergency patient visits and saves clinicians' chairtime. Furthermore, different biomechanics are possible with buttons pressed at the gingival-covered area of the aligners. For specific tooth movements, additional cutouts and engagement hooks on the aligners are also possible.
